- All partecipants and accompanying persons must register separately (click on "Register Now!" at the end of this page).
- Please, use the "Note" field in the registration form for special requests (e.g. dietary requirements).
- The optional pre- and post-conference tours (see Social Program) are not included in the conference fees.
- For cancellations received before June 15, 2015, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. For cancellations after that date, the fee will not be refunded.
